The JAR WASHING AND DRYING MACHINE is designed for cleaning new jars in order to remove any possible dust. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine is durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for use in food and processing facilities. The device has a capacity of up to 300 jars per hour, ensuring continuity and consistent quality of container preparation. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for installation in small and medium-sized production lines. The device features advanced computer control that enables regulation of the three-phase cleaning cycle:
1. Washing with clean water
2. Washing with clean water combined with compressed air (allows cleaning of even heavily soiled jars)
3. Drying with compressed air
The duration of each phase can be set via the PLC program.
After air drying, especially if the cycle is short, some water droplets may remain inside the jar. An optional version of the device with rotating stations is available, which allows better operator workload management. It is also possible to equip the device for washing with hot water and detergent.
