Honey extraction line is a system developed with the aim of optimizing the honey extraction process, reducing manual labor, and ensuring a high level of hygiene during processing. Each segment of the line is precisely engineered to enable continuous and reliable operation during peak seasonal workloads.
Finally, a system built for real-world frames. We designed our line to be 'forgiving'—it doesn’t care about extra propolis, wild comb, or inconsistent frame sizes. It just works.
The process begins with a pneumatic system for ejecting frames from hive supers, significantly speeding up frame preparation for uncapping. This is followed by an uncapper that automatically removes wax cappings from both sides of the frames with minimal honey loss. The frames then move across a transport buffer, which ensures a smooth transition between process stages and maintains a steady workflow without interruptions.
The central component of the line is an extractor with a capacity of 80 LR frames, made of stainless steel and designed for fast and thorough extraction of honey from the combs. After extraction, the frames exit via a sliding double outlet element, allowing for organized collection and further handling. The honey collected during the process passes through a filtration and accumulation trough, where impurities and wax residues are effectively removed. The system includes a pump with automatic activation that fills honey into barrels, ensuring continuous honey transfer without the need for manual intervention. Beneath the uncapper there is a separator that further separates wax cappings from honey, increasing efficiency and maximizing raw material utilization.
The entire line is manufactured exclusively from food-grade materials, with an emphasis on stainless steel, ensuring durability, easy maintenance, and a high level of hygiene. The combination of robust mechanical design and automated components enables optimal productivity, especially in medium-sized and large beekeeping operations.
