The Beeswax foundation production line has been developed to ensure stable, efficient, and precise production of beeswax foundation sheets, with minimal manual handling and consistent product quality. The line is designed for the production of cold-rolled or hot-cast foundation sheets and is engineered for reliable continuous operation, even under increased workload conditions.

At the core of the line are engraving rollers, providing an accurate cell pattern and uniform foundation structure. Production control is simple and intuitive via a central control cabinet, enabling quick adjustments and stable operation.

The line allows fast and easy setup for different foundation sheet dimensions, adaptable to various hive types. After forming, the foundation sheets are transferred to an automatic receiving table with height-adjustable lowering, reducing manual handling and improving operator safety.

Roller cooling is performed using water in an open-loop system as standard. As an optional upgrade, a separate closed-loop cooling system can be supplied, offering improved water efficiency and enhanced process stability.

Operator training is included with delivery, ensuring quick commissioning and optimal use of all system functions.
