AUTOMATIC CASSETTE HONEY EXTRACTOR is made entirely of stainless steel and ensures high performance, reliability, and long-lasting operation in professional beekeeping. Thanks to its robust construction and high-quality materials, the extractor is designed for intensive use, providing stable operation, easy maintenance, and a high level of hygiene.
The cassettes are made from laser-cut stainless steel elements, ensuring high manufacturing precision, consistent quality, and exceptional structural strength. Laser-cut cassettes allow precise shaping of the frame holders, improved repeatability in production, and increased resistance to mechanical loads during operation. This design contributes to the durability of the basket, easier cleaning, and a professional appearance of the entire extractor.
The outer drum and bottom are made from premium stainless steel sheets with thicknesses of 1 and 1.2 mm, further contributing to the robust and heavy-duty construction. The motor is positioned on the underside of the extractor, allowing easier loading and unloading from both sides, greater machine stability, and simpler cleaning.
Power transmission is carried out through a worm gearbox, while the frequency inverter enables simple and precise adjustment of the rotation speed. The extractor is equipped with automatic control via PLC and a frequency inverter from the renowned manufacturer Control Techniques, which provides a 5-year warranty for its devices.
To maintain a high level of hygiene, the complete basket is designed without unnecessary gaps, making cleaning easier and reducing the possibility of honey residue buildup. The extractor is equipped with two stainless steel honey gates with food-grade seals, ensuring product safety, hygiene, and quality.
The extractors can be manufactured according to specific customer requirements, including different frame types and capacities, as well as the option of producing double cassettes. They are manufactured to order.
Warranty: A 5-year warranty is provided on all components of the extractor.
