The IBC container mixer is an industrial mixer specifically designed for mixing liquids and mixtures directly inside standard IBC containers (Intermediate Bulk Containers) with a capacity of approximately 1,000 liters. This type of equipment enables efficient homogenization, dispersion, and stable mixing of liquid and semi-liquid products without the need to transfer the contents from the container, saving time and increasing productivity in production processes.
This mixer is ideal for use in various industries where IBC containers are employed, including the food industry, chemical processing, detergents, cosmetics, paints and coatings, pharmaceutical production lines, and other processes where efficient mixing of large volumes of liquid or viscous substances is required.
The mixer is mounted and secured on top of the IBC container so that the shaft and mixing blades extend into the container. During operation, the blades expand through rotation and create fluid circulation within the liquid, resulting in homogeneous mixing and preventing sedimentation at the bottom. Depending on the design and model, the unit can be equipped with variable speed control (frequency regulation) to better adapt to different types of media.
“Enables fast and efficient mixing of liquids directly inside the IBC container without the need to transfer the contents.”
“Ensures uniform homogenization of the liquid and prevents the settling of components at the bottom of the container.”
“Saves time and reduces operating costs, as the mixing process takes place in the existing container.”
“Stainless steel construction ensures a high level of hygiene and resistance to corrosion.”
“Suitable for a wide range of industries, including food, chemical, cosmetic, and detergent production.”
“Variable speed control allows adjustment to different types of liquids and viscosities.”
“Simple installation and removal facilitate everyday operation and maintenance.”
“Compatible with standard IBC containers with a capacity of 1,000 liters.”
