Precise and Easy Filling of Liquid, Thick and Paste-Like Products
The PneuFill Master pneumatic filling machine is designed for precise, fast and repeatable dosing of liquid, semi-thick, thick and paste-like products into jars, bottles, cups and other types of packaging.
Thanks to its volumetric piston filling system, the machine reliably dispenses a predefined quantity of product during each operating cycle. This ensures a consistent filling level, reduces overfilling and product loss, and provides uniform results throughout the entire packaging process.
Unlike filling machines equipped with a gear pump, the PneuFill Master can also be used for products containing small, soft pieces of raw material, provided that their size is suitable for the diameter of the valve and filling nozzle.
The product is drawn from the receiving hopper into the dosing cylinder. The pneumatically operated piston then pushes the product through the filling nozzle directly into the prepared packaging.
The filling volume is adjusted by changing the piston stroke, allowing the machine to be easily adapted to different packaging volumes. The product suction and discharge speeds can also be adjusted according to the product’s viscosity, texture and behaviour during filling.
Each filling cycle is activated by the operator, providing full control over the positioning of the packaging and the start of every filling operation.
Its semi-automatic operation makes the machine particularly suitable for small and medium-sized production facilities, family farms, artisan producers and manufacturers who frequently change products or packaging sizes.
