DIGITAL HONEY DECRYSTALLIZATION CHAMBER is designed for effective and controlled restoration of crystallized honey to its liquid state. With dimensions of 210 cm in width, 100 cm in length and 130 cm in height the chamber has an effective volume of approximately 2100 liters which allows for the decrystallization of three 300 kg honey barrels.
All metal parts of the chamber are made from top-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The thermal insulation uses sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane 5 cm thick, contributing to energy efficiency and stable temperature control within the chamber.
The chamber is equipped with a digital thermostat with fine temperature adjustments, connected to a temperature probe and an electric heater, ensuring precise and even heating. Air circulation is achieved with a special cross-flow fan, which further ensures uniform temperature distribution within the chamber.
The dimensions and characteristics of the chamber can be customized according to the specific requirements of the customer.
