HEATED JACKETED TANK  is a device designed for the production of various syrups and other food applications that require precise heating and mixing. This machine offers digital temperature control allowing for accurate adjustments of the temperature of the heated and heating media, ensuring even heating and optimal temperature throughout the process.

With a 0.55 kW electric motor and a heater rated at 2 x 6 kW (for 200 liters capacity) this device ensures rapid and efficient achievement of the desired temperature for syrup production. The device is made entirely of stainless steel which is certified for food use, guaranteeing durability and corrosion resistance.

For an additional fee there is an option to install thermal insulation that further enhances the energy efficiency of the device and temperature stability, reducing heat loss.
